Trevin G. Workman practices in the areas of estate planning, business planning, transactions and asset protection plans for simple and complex estates ranging from simple estates to multi-million dollar estates. Trevin has extensive knowledge in e-commerce law as well as financial services. He represents clients in transactions for buying and selling ongoing businesses, negotiating and documenting buy/sell agreements, real estate transactions, commercial leases, and financing contracts. Trevin creates and maintains business and estate planning entities for clients involving corporations, limited liability companies, revocable and irrevocable trusts and charitable entities. He advises clients regarding trust and estate administration, including representation in probate proceedings. He counsels clients in entity selection and the formation for closely held businesses and the operation of corporations, limited liability companies, and partnerships. He advises clients regarding the structuring and implications of business transactions, including mergers, acquisitions including tax issues and corporate governance issues. Trevin is a member of the Utah and Idaho State Bars and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court, Districts of Utah and Idaho. Trevin is a member of the Banking & Finance, Tax, Estate Planning, and Business Law sections of the Utah State Bar.
