Personal Injury
While many people attempt to handle claims on their own, they are at the mercy of an insurance company that is attempting to pay as little as possible toward a claim. Only having competent legal representation gets you the money you deserve. State laws provide for many avenues of recovery with insurance claims. Most do not have the knowledge to understand exactly how much coverage is available to them. In most cases, there is no fee unless we recover money for you. Do not delay! If you wait too long, you may lose the opportunity to get paid under your claim.
What about medical bills? Our firm can assist you while your claim is pending with all your medical bills. Many times, medical bills can be reduced if you are represented during the course of a claim. There is no charge unless we win your case!
Workers’ Compensation claims are often times ignored or overlooked due to fear of being fired or harassed at work. Know your rights. Private insurance will not usually pay for your injuries if they know you got hurt at work. If you got hurt at work and tell your doctor you didn’t, you can lose your workers’ compensation benefits forever. If you believe your injuries are a result of an accident or injury at work, get free advice and find out your rights as an employee.
